Cocktails | All Mixed up
Here are some of Rookwoods favourite drinks that we enjoy on a regular basis.
Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 60ml Rookwood Pink Grapefruit Gin
- 120ml Tomato juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup or 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 5-6 DashesHot chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Place all the ingreients in a Collins glass and stir gently.
Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 60ml Rookwood Blood Orange and Chamomile Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup or 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 3-4 Dashes Bitters
Place everything but bitters in shaker with ice.
Lightly smash it up.
Strain into glass, ganish with lemon rind and bitters on top.
Corpse Reviver
Ingredients
- 45ml Rookwood Yuzu Gin
- 45ml Lemon juice
- 45ml Cointreau
- 45ml Lillet Blanc
- 15ml Rookwood Absinthe
Place everything in shaker(Boston preferred) with ice.
Really smash it up, like a margarita.
Strain into glass.
Warning: This is a really strong drink, be careful.
